I am participating in participating in ART YARD BKLYN (AYB) Programs.  I understand photographs are regularly taken and that several organizations may be filming, taping and/or otherwise recording at times. There will be photographs taken during the AYB programs that will be used for publicity and promotional purposes.

 

In consideration for my being allowed to participate in ART YARD BKLYN, as a condition to my participation, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, I hereby grant to you, your licensees, successors, assigns and affiliates the right and permission to record, copy, edit, photograph, film and/or tape my participation in the event in any and all manner and to publish, exhibit, reproduce and perform my appearance and participation throughout the world in perpetuity, in any and all media whether now known or hereinafter developed.  Such rights include the right to use my image, likeness, voice, performance, biographical material and my name in connection with advertising, publicity, promotional purposes and for such other purposes as you determine.

 

I release the ART YARD BKLYN, Kentler International Drawing Space (our fiscal conduit and home base) and any affiliated or related persons or entities from any liability or damages as a result of or arising from the use of the rights granted herein, including without limitation from any claims of defamation, libel, slander, violation of right of privacy, publicity, droit morale, literary or dramatic rights and from any other cause of action arising out of production, duplication, broadcast, exhibition and promotion of the rights granted.

 

There will be no further consideration payable to me for any use made of the rights granted hereunder.  In no event shall I have the right to terminate any rights granted by me herein or to enjoin, restrain or in any way interfere with the use of the rights granted.  This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey applicable to contracts entered into and wholly performed therein.
