Before his tenure as Education Coordinator at Rush Arts, Dennis (he/him) worked with the Metropolitan Opera Association overseeing Quality Assurance and Staff Development. He is an active volunteer with Central Park PAWS (a program of the Central Park Conservancy), current President of the program’s Steering Committee and serves as Chairperson for their annual event MY DOG LOVES CENTRAL PARK COUNTRY FAIR, attended by over 8000 New Yorkers and their dogs. He reads and writes in Braille and is an expert knitter.
