Iviva Olenick (she/her) is a Brooklyn born and based visual artist and arts educator with a BA in French Language and Literature/Psychology and as AAS in Textile/Surface Design. Her publicly engaged craft and community projects have received funding from the Puffin Foundation, Puffin Foundation West and the Brooklyn Arts Council. In addition to teaching for AYB, Iviva is an educator for the New Museum, the Studio Museum in Harlem, BRIC and Studio in a School. She is also a faculty member of SVA's TARP and MFA Art Practice program.
