AYB Summer Session 2024 begins on Monday July 8, with the first of four sessions exploring water-soluble oil painting with AYB Artist Evelyn Beliveau. I am so excited to try this medium for the first time!!

 

Our schedule is as follows:

A couple of spaces are available due to an accidental double booking.  If you have not signed up to participate, now is your chance! Classes are held in the AYB studio at BWAC in Red Hook Brooklyn unless noted, M-Th 12:30-3:30pm, July 8-25, 2024.


 

Congratulations to Dennis on the latest ART YARD at PS 6 Gallery opening appearing in the school based newsletter! The school included a link to our Redbubble page where our latest items for sale feature the work of PS 6 student artists!




 

Other Art News


FIELD TRIP!!!!! We are going to go see AYB Artists Jules Lorenzo and Liv Collins playing with their band Joopi tomorrow, Saturday, July 6, 6pm at 18th Ward Brewing in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We will meet at the venue. Be sure to get your free tickets!



 

AYB Artists Dennis Buonagura, Candy Heiland, Maraya Lopez, Meridith McNeal, and Marie Roberts have work included in The Art of Coney Island 3 curated by Alicia Degener at BWAC! You are invited to the opening on Saturday, July 13 at BWAC gallery at 481 Van Brunt Street, Red Hook, Brooklyn!
